Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse

I wasn’t expecting much when I tried Maybelline’s new Dream Liquid Mousse foundation. Having been a mineral powder convert for the past year or so, I wasn’t sure if I could go back to liquid. I always hated the plastered on, cakey look and feel of most liquid foundations.

However, when I first applied Dream Liquid Mousse to my skin, I was very pleasantly surprised. It feels so lightweight to apply, while still comfortably covering my imperfections. It blends effortlessly and leaves my skin feeling velvety smooth and looking radiantly luminous. It definitely gives me a superior finish and feels better than other liquid foundations I have used, including brands that are a lot more expensive.

Over all, I am very happy with this foundation. The colour matches my skin tone perfectly and I love the natural, dewy look that it gives me. I now alternate this with my mineral powder foundation, as the liquid gives me a more finished look, which is great for going out.
