Lemonade Scones

A delicious treat, best served warm with jam and cream.
Ingredients
2 cups self raising flour
150ml cream
150ml lemonade
Method
1. Preheat oven to 210C.
2. Sift flour into a large bowl.
3. Add cream and lemonade and stir gently until just combined.
4. Tip onto a lightly floured surface and form into a ball.
5. Pat out to about 3cm thickness, cut out scones with a 5cm cutter and place close together on a tray lined with baking paper.
6. Bake about 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
7. Serve warm with jam and cream.
